No, we don’t do sales. All pricing is consistently low.
Please contact us straight away. We will look to have the issue rectified within 7 working days.
No. Our team of fitters are employed by us and are fully qualified to install blinds. They, and their work, is covered by our business insurance.
As all of our products are bespoke manufacture, lead time is around 3-4 weeks.
All blinds comply to current child safety government legislation. If you have any specific concerns please do tell our team as they will be happy to advise.
Probably. As an independent business we are not tied to any one supplier or manufacturer and, as such, we can source products from the whole of the market.
No. We are a window blind and awning specialist. We also offer shutters, canopies and window film.
Of course not. If all you are after is some advice, ideas or price that’s fine with us.
No. All visits are free, all we ask is that if you are unable to make the appointment you contact us to let us know.
No, all appointments are arranged in advance for a convenient time for the customer. We will arrive at the agreed time.
We offer sales appointments Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.
Yes. As all products are bespoke we take a 50% deposit.
Unfortunately this is something we do not offer
All blinds are sourced or manufactured locally, wherever possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheque, cash and BACS payments.
Yes, all blinds come with a two-year guarantee. Our awnings coming with a five-year guarantee.
However, even if the guarantee has expired, if you have a problem please give us a call, and we will see what we can do.
No, everything we do is made to measure, bespoke to you.
No, we only offer supply and fit services. This ensures that your new products will look their absolute best once fitted.
Definitely not. You will find our team courteous and respectful at all times. We do not adopt any pressure sales tactics, our focus is simply in providing you great service to find the perfect products for you.
No, we are completely independent and family owned business. We are based in Ipswich and work with homeowners and businesses across Suffolk and East Anglia.
