Do you advertise?
We do and you have probably heard our radio advert. However, the majority of our business is via recommendations and repeat custom.
Will my new blinds be discounted in a sale?
No, we don’t do sales. All pricing is consistently low.
What if I have a problem?
Please contact us straight away. We will look to have the issue rectified within 7 working days.
Do you subcontract your installation?
No. Our team of fitters are employed by us and are fully qualified to install blinds. They, and their work, is covered by our business insurance.
How long is manufacture?
As all of our products are bespoke manufacture, lead time is around 3-4 weeks.
Are your blinds child safe?
All blinds comply to current child safety government legislation. If you have any specific concerns please do tell our team as they will be happy to advise.
I’ve seen a blind / fabric elsewhere, can you get it?
Probably. As an independent business we are not tied to any one supplier or manufacturer and, as such, we can source products from the whole of the market.
Do you sell curtains?
No. We are a window blind and awning specialist. We also offer shutters, canopies and window film.
Do I have to buy something?
Of course not. If all you are after is some advice, ideas or price that’s fine with us.
Do you charge for a visit?
No. All visits are free, all we ask is that if you are unable to make the appointment you contact us to let us know.
